Who I am: I am a consultant Nutritionist & Physiologist. I help people perform, look and feel their best through scientifically personalised nutrition and lifestyle adaptations. 

My expertise and experience: I hold a Ph.D. in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. I have over 10 years of experience helping people just like you achieve the results they are seeking. I have worked with many of the world's best athletes and executives to get more out of their performance and overcome symptoms. 

What I specialist in: Performance nutrition, weight management, gut health, older adults, diabetes and health-related conditions. 

Who I help: People who have a challenge with their daily nutrition and/or lifestyle who are committed to making a change, sustainable results and long-term autonomy. 

What you can expect: Comprehensive understanding of your situation and a package and plan completely personalised to your lifestyle, habits and preferences. Using year's of experience, I support you on your journey to achieve the results you want. 

Why you should work with me: I am a highly educated and experienced practitioner who works with clients to create a plan which fits into their lifestyle easily and most importantly, achieves their goals. My job is for you not to need me, and to achieve this I educate and support you on your journey to autonomy.
